🖼️ Can I really use my own photo and message on the product?

Yes! All of our personalized items—like wine bottles, puzzles, and candle holders—can feature your uploaded photo and a custom message. Just upload your image and enter your text on the product page before adding it to your cart.


🖨️ How is the photo printed onto the product?

We use UV direct printing, which means your image and message are printed directly onto the glass using high-quality, permanent ink. It's vibrant, durable, and won't peel or fade.


📐 Is there a limit to how much text I can add?

To ensure the best fit and legibility, we recommend:

  • Up to 20 words for most products

Each product page will show the recommended character limits.


📸 What kind of photo should I upload?

Use a high-resolution image (at least 1000px wide) in JPEG or PNG format. Avoid dark or blurry images. We’ll crop and center it for the best fit.


🚚 How long does it take to receive my order?

Typical order timeline:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (including customization)

  • Shipping: 3–5 business days (depending on your location)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the U.S. If you're outside this area and want to place an order, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.


🔄 Can I return or exchange a custom item?

Because our products are made to order and personalized, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


🕯️ Does the candle holder come with a candle?

Yes! Candle holders include a flameless votive candle. Check the product description for full details.


🎁 Can I send this as a gift?

Yes! Our items make amazing gifts. You can:

  • Include a gift message at checkout

  • Choose gift wrapping (when available)

  • Ship directly to the recipient
